The long hot summer of 2018 produced apples full of sweetness and flavour. The best of this fruit: Dabinett, Chisel Jersey, Vilberie, Porter's Perfection, Browns and King's Favourite were pressed into this keeved cider. Aged in bottle for 2 years, the fresh fruit flavours remain, but have matured and been joined by subtle notes of spice. 750ml champagne bottle.
